The pump is OK, but tends to get a lot of air bubbles, which creates an uneven "spirt" of syrup into the cup, leading to coffee that will taste different every time I make it. Also, would be great to put a warning with the pumps that the bottle needs to get down to a certain level before you can insert the pump without it overflowing everywhere. I know now, but wasted quite a bit of syrup when I inserted it too early .... :(
