Shipping Costs
At Cashmere Syrups, giving our customers the best possible experience is our top priority - and that extends to shipping.
Free Shipping Threshold:
Wherever possible, we want to make sure you can get free shipping on your order. To unlock free shipping, you simply need to spend $75.
Small Order Shipping Rate:
For any orders that do not meet the Free Shipping Threshold, shipping is calculated at checkout.
Please note that shipping thresholds may change at our discretion. We make every effort to keep the information on our site as up to date as possible, but in unlikely event of outdated/incorrect information being present, please refer to our customer service team for the latest shipping policy.
Shipping & Fulfilment Times
Getting your order to you safely and quickly is our top priority. Many of our customers have complimented our fast shipping, with some receiving there order within less than 24 hours of ordering!
As much as we'd love to, we can't guarantee shipping times. However, the estimates on this page are as accurate we can possibly be, to give you peace of mind when ordering.
To estimate how long your parcel will take to arrive, please consider both fulfilment and shipping times:
Fulfilment
We aim to dispatch every order within 1-2 business days. If placed after 10am, we may not dispatch until the following day. You will receive up to date tracking information on all purchases.
In most cases, we will not dispatch orders on public holidays or the weekend.
In very rare circumstances, we may need to contact to confirm your order before completing fulfilment. This usually occurs when:
- There are incorrect/missing/unclear contact or address details
- Your order has been flagged by our team for confirmation, such as exceptionally large orders, or orders that we think might be a mistake.
- An example of this could be an order with Bestseller Box Option 1 (which contains 5 coffee syrups and 5 pumps) as well as a 5 pack of pumps as a separate item. We want to make sure you get exactly what you intend, so in such a situation we would aim to contact you first to make sure, and if necessary, refund the relevant items.
- In such a situation, you may experience a small delay in fulfilment, however if after 2 business days we are unable to contact you, we will proceed to fulfil the order as per the original order details
- Your payment method has been flagged as potentially fraudulent by our systems. Please note that this is very rare and the vast majority of customers will not experience this.
Shipping
After fulfilment, your order will be shipped by one of our reliable couriers. For metro-based orders, this usually be with one of our private couriers, while regional and rural orders are generally shipped through Australia Post.
A quick note: as you may be aware, the last few years have presented some unforeseen circumstances - such as industrial action, fuel supply issues, floods, fires, exceptionally busy periods such as Black Friday, and COVID events. This affected online stores all over Australia. We are pleased to report that during these times, our couriers have been exceptionally reliable, keeping us up to date in the event of delays, and in turn we have, and will continue to forward these details to you in timely fashion. Unless otherwise mentioned on this page, you can assume that shipping is proceeding as normal at present :)
A Note for Businesses and Cafés
While we are confident and proud of our rapid, safe shipping service, if you are someone that regularly needs syrups to operate your business (such as a café), we would suggest ordering ahead of time and ordering in bulk. That way, not only are you not caught running out, but you will also save money!

Shipping Addresses
We can deliver to any residential address in Australia.
If you would like to have your items delivered to a P.O. Box or parcel locker, please contact us directly before completing your order and we will organise this for you (this will help to avoid delays as some couriers do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or parcel lockers).
