Our caramel syrup works well in just about any type of drink. Here’s how to use it:
Brew your espresso shot and pour it into a cup.
Add 15–30 mL of syrup and stir well.
Top up with milk for a latte or hot water for a long black.
Fill a tall glass with ice, then add your espresso or cold brew.
Stir through 15–30 mL of caramel coffee syrupuntil it blends right in.
Top with milk or a splash of cream. If you want the café look, drizzle a little more syrup over the ice.

Mix until it’s smooth and creamy, then pour into a glass.
Add some whipped cream and an extra drizzle of syrup if you’re in the mood to spoil yourself.
