How to use: hot, iced, or blended perfection

Our red velvet coffee syrup makes it simple to upgrade your drinks,  no barista skills required.

Hot coffee Brew a fresh shot of espresso and pour it into your cup. Add 15–30 mL of red velvet syrup and stir well while hot. Top with steamed milk for a smooth, café-style latte with a decadent twist.

Iced coffee Fill a glass with ice and add your espresso or cold brew. Pour in 15–30 mL of syrup and stir until fully combined. Add milk or cream for a refreshing, creamy finish that tastes like dessert in a glass.

Blended drinks Combine espresso, milk, ice (and optionally ice cream) with a dash of red velvet cake syrup in a blender. Blend until thick and smooth, then top with whipped cream for a genuinely indulgent treat.

You can also drizzle it over desserts, swirl it into milkshakes, or use it to craft your own signature drinks at home.

Tasting notes

From the very first sip, our red velvet coffee syrup delivers that unmistakable flavour you'd expect from a slice of red velvet cake, soft cocoa notes layered with a gentle vanilla sweetness and a smooth, velvety finish. It's rich without being heavy, and sweet without masking the natural depth of your espresso.

In milk-based drinks, it adds a dessert-like quality that feels indulgent but balanced. In iced coffees, the cocoa and vanilla notes come through beautifully against the cold, creating something that's refreshing and decadent at the same time.

It pairs especially well with espresso, full-cream milk, and plant-based options like oat or almond milk. For something a little different, try layering it with caramel syrup or hazelnut syrup for a more complex, café-style flavour profile.
