That’s better!

This is our favorite flavour

If you love caramel, you have to try this. I am addicted, it’s sooo good. I originally purchased a bottle from my local coffee shop because I loved the taste. Ever since then I have been ordering this on line. I even have friends who come to me for coffee instead of the shop😆

Luv the variety but tend to choose same 5/6

I have tried other brands but they don’t match the flavour of the salted caramel. Which is my favourite by the way😉

I love my coffee with hazelnut or salted caramel syrup!!

This salted caramel syrup is the best! Every person I have introduced it to, loves it too. It is delicious.

These gorgeous syrups are a staple in our coffee station, my morning coffees are never complete without them.

Love the flavour

Love this syrup. I can now have my caramel latte at home. No more going to the coffee shop, I can now make my own at home. Thanks again guys xx

Salted Caramel is by far my fave flavour yet. Hard call when they are all so good 😁

One of my go to syrups! Delicious!

This is our number one favourite. We always liked Carmel Syrup but Salted Caramel tops it for us. We try to hold off but it’s too yummy to resist.

All the flavours are delicious 😍

We have tried lots of syrups even more expensive ones but yours are the best !!

Great flavours and quick delivery, an added bonus would be if they had a sugar free option.

Coffee isn’t complete without a pump of Salted Caramel flavour!

Delish! Wish it had a tad more salt flavour but I just add some salt sometimes to the top of my coffee

Absolutely delicious, I have caramel and salted caramel in my morning coffees to take to work.

It’s an ugly mug but a great tasting coffee. Different to the plain Caramel flavour (as you would expect). Both are great.

Best coffee syrup on the market!

Definitely changed my whole atmosphere about coffee i dont buy from a coffee shop anymore

For me, the only way to start the day is with my Cashmere Syrup Coffee's. So many varieties so it never gets boring.

How To Use: Lattes, Iced Coffee, Cocktails and More

Salted caramel syrup is one of those flavours that works in pretty much everything. Here's how to get started.

In a latte or flat white

  • Add 15 mL to your cup before pulling your espresso shot over the top.
  • Add steamed milk, stir once, and you're done.
  • A small drizzle of extra syrup over the top before serving looks great and adds a little more of that salty caramel hit right at the start.

Iced salted caramel latte

  • Add 15 to 20 mL of syrup to a glass packed with ice, pour cold brew or a double shot of espresso over the top, then top with cold milk.
  • It's genuinely one of the better iced coffees you can make at home. The salt cuts through the cold milk really nicely.
  • A splash of cream instead of milk makes it feel a bit more indulgent.

In cocktails and other drinks

  • Salted caramel works brilliantly in a Salted Caramel Espresso Martini. Just add syrup, espresso, and vodka to a shaker with ice and shake hard.
  • It also works stirred through hot chocolate for a salted caramel hot choc, or drizzled over ice cream and desserts.
  • For more cocktail ideas, check out the Cashmere Syrups recipe blog.

Tasting Notes

Rich, dark caramel upfront with a warm toffee edge that settles in nicely against espresso. Then the salt kicks in at the finish, just enough to add contrast and stop the sweetness from going too far. It's a flavour that balances itself really well. The caramel doesn't taste burnt or bitter, and the salt doesn't overpower. The two just sit together properly, which is why salted caramel became such a crowd favourite in the first place.

In a hot latte it's comforting and smooth. In an iced coffee it's punchy and a bit more exciting. And in a cocktail it's something genuinely special. If you want to compare it against the regular caramel, the Cashmere caramel coffee syrup is right there in the range for a side-by-side taste test.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much salted caramel syrup should I use per drink?

Start with 15 mL, which is one standard pump. That's the recommended serve and gives you a solid hit of salted caramel flavour in most coffee drinks. For iced drinks where ice and milk dilute things a bit, try 20 mL. If you're using it in a cocktail or hot chocolate and want it more prominent, 20 to 25 mL works well. Taste as you go the first time and adjust from there.

Can I use it to make a salted caramel espresso martini?

Yes, and it's really good. Add 15 to 20 mL of salted caramel syrup to your shaker along with a double shot of espresso, 45 mL of vodka, and a handful of ice.

Shake hard for about 15 seconds until the shaker is very cold, then strain into a chilled martini glass. The salt in the syrup adds a layer of complexity that makes it noticeably better than a standard espresso martini. There are more cocktail ideas over on the Cashmere recipe blog.

What's the difference between this and the regular caramel syrup?

The flavour profile is similar but the salt changes it quite a bit. The regular caramel syrup is sweeter and more straightforward. This one has the same caramel base but the salt sharpens it up, adds contrast, and gives it more depth. If you like your coffee on the sweeter side, the regular caramel is probably the better pick. If you want something a bit more complex and interesting, go salted caramel.

How many serves are in a bottle?

Around 50 serves at the standard 15 mL pour from a 750 mL bottle. That works out to great value compared to buying a salted caramel latte from a café every day. A Cashmere syrup pump makes measuring easy since each pump delivers exactly 15 mL.

What other syrups pair well with salted caramel?

Vanilla is the natural partner. It softens the caramel and adds a creamy quality that works really well in lattes. Chocolate is another solid option if you want something richer and more dessert-like. Hazelnut also pairs nicely if you want a nuttier, more café-style flavour. All of them are available in the full Cashmere coffee syrup collection.
