Important Info - COVID-19 and Deliveries


Dear valued customers,

We just wanted to give a quick update regarding delivery times in light of recent developments with couriers and COVID-19.

With the current situation in NSW and Victoria, our couriers (as well as all other courier companies) are experiencing significant staffing issues, with many depots and warehouses having to quarantine or isolate.

"So, what does this mean for my Cashmere Syrups delivery?"

The good news is, as we're based in Queensland, we're extremely fortunate that our own operations have not been impacted so far - we're still making delicious syrups day in, day out, and picking and packing your orders in record time.

However, if you are ordering from outside of Queensland, you may experience some shipping delays once your order leaves our warehouse.

We are doing everything we can to work with our couriers to get you your orders as quickly as possible and will provide any updates as they come in.

Please allow some time in addition to usual our shipping timeframes for your order to arrive, especially if you are outside of QLD.

If your estimated shipping timeframe has already passed and you still haven't received your order, we would greatly appreciate your patience given the ongoing situation.

However, as always, please feel free to reach out to us at any time and we will follow up your order for you.
