  • 30ml Cashmere Yuzu Syrup
  • 30ml fresh lime juice
  • 60ml soda water
  • 60ml lemonade 
  • Ice
  • Mint + lime slices for garnish

Method:

  1. Fill a glass with ice.
  2. Add Cashmere Yuzu Syrup and lime juice.
  3. Top with half soda water, half lemonade.
  4. Stir gently and garnish with mint + lime.

  • 1 ball fresh burrata
  • Handful rocket or baby greens
  • 4–6 slices prosciutto
  • Balsamic glaze
  • Basil leaves

Method:

  1. Brush peaches with oil and grill cut-side down for 2–3 minutes.
  2. Arrange greens on a platter.
  3. Tear over burrata and prosciutto.
  4. Add grilled peaches and top with basil + balsamic drizzle.

Method:

Icing:

  • 2 cups icing sugar

  • Extra coconut

Method:

  1. Mix all base ingredients and press into a lined tray.
  2. Mix icing ingredients until smooth and spread over base.
