Tasting Notes

Zesty, bright, and unmistakably yuzu — this syrup delivers sharp citrus character with a refined edge.

You’ll taste that signature yuzu tartness right away: a bold blend of lemon, mandarin, and grapefruit notes with a floral lift. It’s aromatic and clean, with just enough sweetness to carry the flavour without dulling its natural vibrancy.

Smooth in texture and punchy on the palate, it mixes effortlessly into cocktails, sodas, iced teas and more, bringing clarity, freshness, and a distinctly premium citrus finish to anything you pour it into.

Yuzu Syrup

Not the best. More lemon than yuzu. If I had to pick a flavour I’d say Mountain Dew.
