The #1 Lavender Syrup for Cafés, Home Baristas, Cocktail Lovers and More
Our Lavender Syrup has a soft floral flavour and gentle sweetness that works well with milk, citrus and gin. Made in Australia, it's used by cafés for lavender lattes and lemonade, and by home baristas and entertainers in morning coffees, iced teas and cocktails:
For Cafés, Coffee Shops and Tea Rooms
Lavender lattes, iced lavender lattes and London Fogs are simple menu additions with our Lavender Syrup. It mixes straight into espresso, tea and steamed milk, and the lavender comes through clearly without masking the coffee.
For cold drinks, add a splash to sparkling water and fresh lemon for a house-made lavender lemonade, or offer it as a seasonal add-on for iced lattes and teas.
For Home Baristas and Tea Lovers
You only need your usual coffee and milk to make a café-style lavender latte at home. Add 15 to 30 mL of our Lavender Syrup to a shot of espresso and top with steamed milk, or pour it over ice and cold milk on warmer days.
It also works in lavender matcha, London Fogs and white hot chocolate, or in warm milk at the end of the day. Some of our customers add it to Earl Grey in place of sugar.
For Cocktails, Mocktails and Entertaining
Lavender pairs well with gin, lemon and sparkling wine. Use our Lavender Syrup in a gin sour, a lavender French 75 or a spritz, where it adds sweetness and a pale lilac colour to the glass.
Customers have used it for signature drinks at weddings and hens parties, and it makes an easy punch for a crowd. For an alcohol-free version, mix it with soda water, lemon and fresh berries.
Tasting Notes
Our Lavender Syrup tastes floral and softly sweet, with a light lavender aroma.
The lavender comes through first on the nose, then settles into a smooth, mellow sweetness with a clean finish. It's balanced to taste like lavender, not perfume or soap.
In a latte, it softens into the milk and foam. In lemonade, iced tea or a gin spritz, the citrus brings out its brighter side. It also pairs well with vanilla, honey, blueberry, lemon and white chocolate.
Made and bottled at our Brendale facility in Queensland.

I was able to achieve an incredible lavender cocktail drink using Cashmere Lavender syrup. Love it!
Bought a few but the lavender one really missed the mark. It has a medicine taste which is very off-putting. Bought sugar free lavender syrup from another company and it was great, but too expensive.
I love the floral flavour in this syrup. It's just strong enough without being overpowering. It went perfectly in both a lavender latte and a lavender mocha, and made for a refreshing drink when mixed with soda water.
Hi to all the Cashmere people, I have always been a fan of lavender... We grow it and have produced some amazing lavender and rhubarb jam over the years but when I saw your lavender syrup I just had to get a bottle to try. This is one of the most delicious syrups I have ever tried in coffee. Keep producing your great range of syrups. By the way the Hazelnut syrup is 100% better than any other brand
I brought this after trying it at my mothers who is also a huge coffee lover. I’m almost out already! It’s such a beautiful flavour that’s not too strong but also not too weak. It’s just amazing. I would 100% recommend this to anyone who loves those flower or natural flavours in their coffee. Will absolutely continue to buy. So much better than the supermarket & so much more affordable
