I was really looking forward to hot/iced chocolates that tasted like mint choc chip ice cream, but this Peppermint syrup just didn't do it for me. It was more Spearmint than Peppermint, and I was hoping for more of a cooling, menthol sensation. Instead it tastes a bit like I'm drinking a hot/iced chocolate after brushing my teeth. Loved every other syrup I've gotten from Cashmere Syrups, but unfortunately not this one.

We find that it's more akin to Spearmint than Peppermint. That being said, it is still a very good syrup the we use in our tea instead of coffee. It adds a refreshing and uplifting layer of flavour that we find makes the tea so much better.

I added 2 tablespoons to 1 litre of vanilla ice cream plus a little green food colour which you don’t have to do. Just soften the ice cream mix through& referee. Add more or less depending on your own taste. Absolutely my husband’s & my favourite ice cream

bought vanilla, peppermint, chai & white chocolate. love them all except peppermint... tastes like the actual herb and not the candy flavour which is what I was expecting. hopefully I can find a way to like it!

Tastes more like spearmint than peppermint..... think spearmint leaves in your coffee. It was nice but it wasn’t the peppermint I was looking for.
