Chocolate Butterscotch Brownies are sure to be a favourite with the kids or any guests, and with this easy recipe you will have yourself a fresh batch in no time.

These Choc Butterscotch Brownies feature our Butterscotch Coffee Syrup.
You’ll need some Chocolate Cake Batter (we used Greens Baking mix) for the base of the brownie.
You’ll also need some Oreo’s and some milk chocolate. We made this around Easter, so we just used left over Easter eggs.
This is also completely vegan - no eggs are required.
Here’s a list of the other ingredients you’ll need:
- 2 cups self raising flour
- 1/3 cup raw sugar
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup Cashmere Syrups Butterscotch Syrup.
Mix the above ingredients with the cake batter thoroughly until a smooth mixture is formed.
Then bake it at 200 degrees Celsius for 40 minutes.
We then left it in the oven for 20 minutes once the heat was turned off.
If all goes to plan, you should end up with something like the photo below.
