You’ll need:
- 2 tbsp good-quality cocoa powder
- 250ml milk (dairy or plant-based)

Method:
- Warm milk in a saucepan, then whisk in cocoa until smooth. Stir in hazelnut syrup and heat gently until steaming. Pour into a mug and top with cream and nuts if you're feeling indulgent.

You’ll need:
- 1 small pumpkin (roughly 1kg), peeled and chopped
